We specialize in Luxury Organization, Functional Interior Design, Home Staging and Concierge Move Services. We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Organizing Assistant to support our Team Leads in delivering exceptional results.

Position Overview:
As an Organizing Assistant, you will work closely with our Organizing and Concierge Move Leads to execute organizing systems, concierge move projects, and decluttering sessions. This role is hands-on, involving sorting, packing, unpacking, and creating functional solutions that bring order to clients’ lives. You must be reliable, adaptable, and passionate about transforming chaos into calm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist lead organizers with sorting, categorizing, and “containerizing” items to create functional and visually appealing spaces.

  • Support concierge move services, including packing, unpacking, and setting up organized systems in new homes.

  • Create custom labels and implement organizing systems based on client needs and preferences.

  • Manage on-site logistics, including stacking boxes, removing debris, and maintaining tidy workspaces.

  • Capture photos and videos of project progress for internal use and client communications.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; friendly, professional, and able to work with high-end clients.

  • Ability to follow directions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic proficiency with smartphones and computers, particularly with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Calendar).

  • Physically capable of lifting 20–35 lbs. regularly and standing, bending, and moving for extended periods.

  • Positive attitude with humor and heart; able to adapt to different home environments (including garages, attics, and storage units).

Requirements:

  • Fast learner with a desire to grow in the organizing profession.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain professionalism in varying environments.

  • Must have reliable transportation.

  • Flexible availability, 8–30 hours per week, typically weekdays between 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
