From 2022 to 2025, the Organizers Collective Retreat was a cornerstone of the Order & Co. community — a one-of-a-kind, boutique-style gathering created by and for Professional Organizers. What began as a bold idea turned into four unforgettable years of connection, collaboration, and career-shaping growth.

Each retreat brought together women from across the country to share space, elevate their businesses, and foster friendships that went far beyond the industry. With rotating locations, intentional programming, and guest speakers who inspired us to think bigger and deeper, every year offered something entirely new — yet always true to the heart of OC.
